The use of isolation type safety grid

1. Isolated safety grids should be installed in non-hazardous locations.

2. The sectional area of the flexible copper wire to the site (dangerous place) must be greater than 0.5 mm2.

3. The insulation strength of the connecting conductor is greater than 500V.

4. The insulated safety grid (with blue mark) and the non-terminal circuit wiring shall not be wrong and confused. The benan conductor should be made in blue. The current and non-benan wires shall be laid separately in the wire sink and shall be used to protect the casing. The benan side of the isolation safety grid does not allow for confusion of other power sources, including other power sources in this circuit.

5. When the isolation type safety grid and an instrument constitute the safety explosion-proof system of this security, it must be inspected and approved by the explosion-proof inspection body designated by the state. LU series isolation type safety barrier by the national anti-explosive electric supervision and inspection center, the given Co, Lo distribution parameter is relative and Ⅱ C level (hydrogen) maximum allowed for Ⅱ B environment can turn the parameter multiplied by 3, for Ⅱ grade A environment can turn the parameter multiplied by 8. When the transmission line chooses different specifications of the cable, its own cable parameters should be highly regarded, must not exceed the regulation value.

6. When the isolation type safety grid is being used for individual electric commissioning, it is necessary to pay attention to the model of the isolation type safety grid, the polarity of the power supply, the voltage grade, and the label at the terminal of the isolation type safety gate.
